Wait, didn’t this game come out under the name Tetris 3D in the US? I recognize those block characters from the manual
You are right n0dl! This is the same as Tetris 3D USA version, but the japanese version (Polygo Block) was never released :)

Yeah in the US it was called Tetris 3D. But I did once see a copy of Polygo Block at a car boot sale.
How is that possible when the Japanese version was never released?
