Actually started out on Dreamcast.Showcased in June 2000 edition of DC-UK magazine.Developed by Climax, at time of article, game had NO publisher, was due for Jan.2001 release on DC.
Climax planned to support the DC’s online features with track building (save your track designs to the VMU) and posting them online for others to play as well as online racing.
