Block Out was created by polish game developer Aleksander Ustaszewski and was released on several platforms including DOS, Amiga and the Sega Genesis. The NES Version was planned but it ended up cancelled, however this version was released online for public use.
Block Out was basically a Tetris with a 3D Grid.
