This “debug” version of Ocarina Of Time has come to light some years after the release of the original game. Somehow it was discovered and shared online to please thousands of unseen zelda fans. This is the version that developers used to test specific parts of Ocarina, without having to going around the whole Hyrule. With the Debug version, it’s possible to gain direct access to various areas of the ROM, through simple menu and different numbers. The interesting thing is that in these areas you can find situations and parts of levels remained in the memory, but not used in the final game! You can also visit one of the most famous areas of beta Zelda 64, the “stalfoss room” that was showed years before the final release of the game! An interesting note is that the Debug should be based on the GameCube Master Quest, which  makes me wonder why Nintendo still had a playable Stafoss Room in there.

I don’t know why people post in Italian unless this is a multi-nationality.
translation: This version “debug” of Ocarina Of Time has come to light after years from the original game. Somehow it was discovered and shared online are pleased to thousands of fans. This is the version that developers used to test specific parts of Ocarina without having to turn the whole world. Access to areas of the ROM through simple menus and different numbers. The interesting thing is that in these areas you can find situations and parts of levels remained in the memory, but not used in the final! at the time of those discoveries can also visit famous areas of old pictures of Zelda beta 64, displayed years before finally developing! The ROM was discovered recently, can we then hope to soon receive new discoveries on the Development of betas of Zelda 64. A particularly interesting is that the Debug should be based on Master Quest, which leads me to think that your code Nintendo has abandoned many parts of the 64DD version of the game.

Some descriptions are still in Italian because Unseen64 was born as an italian website.. now we are trying to have it all in english, but some old descriptions still need a proper translation from the original italian text ;P

————————————————————————————–Have you ever used google translate? It’s a very effective way to translate languages and it sometimes even recognizes(notices)slang for the specific language you are translating to :P
