Daredevil: The Man Without Fear was a third person action game developed by 5000 Ft Inc. with the backing of publisher, Encore. It was being made for Playstation 2, Xbox and PC. The game was cancelled in 2004 following a slew of creative disagreements over its direction both internally at 5000 Ft. and between two of the project’s integral parties, Marvel and Sony.

Why was this cancelled
IF this was true to the comics it could be good…the movie not so much.
Looked promising, I was sad when it was canceled. If any character would work well in an open world ala Arkham City, it would be Daredevil.
It’s been said that Marvel and Sony both clashed during production. A more experimental game was what Sony wanted but they couldn’t come to an agreement whereas they were more lenient with Microsoft. At some point, EA were dragged into it.
