This cropped up in the news section of DC-UK Sept 2000 edition, but then it was simply known as Dark Angel:Apocalypse.
The proprietary 3D Engine, by developers Metro 3D was said to take full advantage of the DC’s 3D Graphics card, landcsapes would change depending on how well the player did (do well cities would grow, do poorly, they’d turn into plague-ridden cesspools).
interesting feature, i wonder how much the cities could have changed during the game :O
