Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA is a music game created by Sega and Crypton Future Media for the PSP, featuring the virtual idol Hatsune Miku. Danielcatu noticed various beta-differences in the early screens and videos, as changes in the HUD and in the clear screen. Some comparison screens with the final version can be found in our forum.
Thanks to Danielcatu for the contribution!

Rare 2008 20-min Beta Video
I didn’t know there was an article here about PJD!
This might be a little old by now but there’s something else that also got lost together with this beta version, and that is: the original models. In the now-closed Project-Diva Wikispace, there were some images showcasing the first game’s costumes. The pictures had the original chibi-styled concept art of each module and behind it was the original, higher quality model apparently made for a few ads and promotional images.
While they seemed to be the same exact models used in the game, if you looked at them closely, you could notice the differences I mentioned about quality. Sadly, I don’t know how to get the images used in the Modules section of Project-Diva Wikispace…
