The concept Map is really different from the final game, and the Cow Boy did not had a beard in the beta. The HUD and Energy Icons were different too.

    Randy’s design is nothing like how he looks like in game. Randy’s final design is a taller muscular jock character athletic wear and he has darker skin and black hair. Randy also looks much older.

    What’s interesting about the park concept art is the whole park would be easier to move around if the layout stayed the same however…the theaters are accessed by going up stairs rather than on the same level floor. Shops were also put in other locations. There are no seen bats flying around and the wood trap when entering Illbleed is not inside the concept art entrance.

    The beard not on the cowboy is already mentioned in the description.

    The location where you fight the tree is not in the foggy woods, but in a factory in the final and he is not accompanied but the 2 workers like in the final version.
