Darkside / Dark Ride is a cancelled game that was in development by Rocket Science Games for the Saturn or the 3DO. We had an old article about this in the U64 Archive, but now thanks to Celine we found some more screens from French magazine CD Consoles issue #4! We have updated the Darkside / Dark Ride page.

THere’s no way that image is from a Saturn or even a PlayStation. The curves on the hole are far too smooth plus the track is made of way too many polygons. It must be a target render but for what? The Japanese game, Lifescape 2 features areas that look a little like that picture but there are no rollercoaster tracks.
