According to http://hg101.classicgaming.gamespy.com/bonk/bonk4.htm it’s Genjin.

http://www.bonkzonk.com/game.ktn?Game=rpcg suggests the Western title would have been ‘Bonk’s Quest (Bonk IV RPG)’, but they don’t give a source for that.
