Fleet: Shiva’s Gate is a cancelled real-time strategy space-sim that was in development by Waboo Studios (?) for Playstation 2. It seems the game was never officially announced and we cannot even find any details about the team behind it. An early prototype was found by collectors and sold around, until it was dumped and shared online in 2019.

This seems to be the same game as Fleet Fighter by Wahoo Studios. It was mentioned on their website back in 2003, but most of the files have not been saved by the Wayback Machine.

Looking at the ships in Fleet: Shiva’s Gate, the capital ships are almost identical as those in this image. There is also a Macromedia Director file in the old Wahoo website relating to Fleet Fighter, but no other content seems to be available.
