Wario Land Shake It is the 5th installment of a Wario Land game, released in the console called Nintendo Wii in the year of 2008. Many miscellaneous stuff in the European version is different from the Latin America version, and also sometimes is different from Japanese version. Let’s check below!

Europe/Latin America Vs. Japan versions

Here we can see a very simple difference between the Japanese version and on the other areas of the World. You can see in the Japanese version, the button if marked by “ON/OFF”, as in the other versions is it blank.


Here the button is “ON”

In the Japanese version, the Earthshake bar is “! Shake !”instead “W” logo from the European and Latin America versions.

In the Japanese version, the caged box keep yelling “Help!” instead of the Latin America and European version, that only shows an angry expression

In European version, in the Menu Screen, it shows “Area Select”. As in Latin America version, it shows “Map Select”

The loading screen in European version is sightly different from Latin America.

The “Save in Progress” text is sightly different from Latin America.

Treasures Differences (Europe Vs. Latin America)

Many treasures of the Europe version have been changed on the Latin America version. Sometimes, it just changes his grammatic, but sometimes it changes a lot. Also, many times the name of the treasure changes too. Let’s see below!

Level Names Differences (Europe Vs. Latin America)

Many stages in the Latin America version is pretty different from the Europe version. Most of times, it is just a grammatical difference, but sometimes, it was just changed. Before entering the stages, some miscellaneous stuff in the world map has been changed during the versions:

In here, we can see that in the Latin America version, it was added two “~” into the Area map what the player selected.

And here, there is a different text in the difficult level of that stage.

Now entering the stages:

The Pirate Shop has a small difference in his description. In Europe, it’s described as “sells”, in Latin America, it’s described as “has”.

Grammatical difference. Itsall Mine -> Its-all Mine

The 4th boss in the game have regional differences. In the European version, it’s called “Scumflower”, and in the Latin America version, it’s called “Bloomsday”. Even the boss emblem, the name was changed.

A little difference in the name of the level.
