As far as I know, there is absolutly no and never a release!

A sequel called Armadillo Gaiden was also in the making for the Nintendo Game Boy, however, it instead got relicensed and sold as Ultraman Ball.

Maybe that should be added to the article (or make an article about the games as this is the only article about any game in the Armadillo ‘series’…)
and there is an editor for designing your own stages for the armadillo game and there are level sprites, i.e. tiles and so on
