[Edit: it seems that this was just an item-swap, nothing beta at all] Here is a video of an unused object found in Zelda: Phantom Hourglass, more precisely in the Sea King’s Temple: a golden frog.

What a weird beta object.. but i did not played Phantom Hourglass yet, so i dont know what kind of objects you can get in it.. what there should be in the Sea King temple usually instead of that golden-frog?

Sadly i dont find the video anywhere on my PC, maybe i have just forgot to save it.. who knows. Anyway, i have found this other video, that shows that same kind of frog, used in the game:

watch from 2:06, there’s the big frog and some little ones that swim in the background. So it looks that the gold frog is used in the game.. someone here has finished Zelda: PH and knows more about this? -
The golden frog is used to teleport around the seas. I don’t know if that was the golden frog talked about, but that’s what it’s for.

You’ll find all of those small frogs on the ocean as for the giant frog he isthe king of the little gold frogs in the Uncharted Island

So, it was probably just a item-swap, where one of the usual mini-frogs was used at the place of the Hourglass… thanks Dark Rayman! 🙂
