Super Smash Bros Brawl: removed music?

Thanks to some hack work, someone found out that there were more  songs planned for appearing in Super Smash Bros Brawl, but they never made it. We dont know why they were taken out, but it could be because of copyright issues.

      The Atlethic Theme from Mario Bros. 3 was removed to, with a stage called “Cheep Cheep Staduim”.

      no one have noticed it ?!?!!

      those damn song are from real cd’s relased on the past…

      to make one example, beware the forest mushrooms is from the cd

      “super mario rpg arranged tracks”

      and radio exercises is from “animal crossing sound cd mix”

      is the same version and arragements, it smell like a fake to me…

      and i am not saying this for this site, this site is great, i mean

      “editorartist.com” they firs relased the “album”…

      and…

      why cand find in anywhere the “lousy sound of mewtwo”??
