Advanced Variable Geo was announced in August 1995, only to be canceled during the month of October of that year. Graphically the game was to provide visual improvements over the version PC-98, while having more detailed animations.

The game was ported to the PC-98, Playstation, and Saturn.

So it was only this version that was never released.
