Tim i dont think so. Anyway in that game are more deleted missions and maps http://callofduty.wikia.com/wiki/Minor_scrapped_Call_of_Duty_4_missions

and btw: in that link go down and you see section called “Campaign Levels of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare” and check section “Scrapped” and you will see i’m not lying
