B-Bomb is an unreleased action game that was in development by Sega in 1993 for the Genesis / Mega Drive, in which the player had to fight enemies with their butts (yeah, really) in 5 worlds. There was meant to be a 2 player mode to cooperate against the CPU. The concept could have been fun, but something went wrong during the development and the project was cancelled.

Thanks to Celine for the contribution!
