Extermination is an old survival horror for ps2 released in 2001. There were some little differences in the beta, like slightly different locations, enemies and cutscenes, but the biggest change was the main character’s poligonal model, which was different from the final one.

hey, The picture you have of denis thats apperently a beta look of him,
Thats what he looks like on the japanese version. I have that one;.
