A fusion of elements within role playing, adventure, and action games into one experience sounds promising doesn't it? Unfortunately this wasn't quite attained in the PC and PlayStation versions of Or Die Trying. Instead the experience felt disjointed involving much of what the last said genre is associated with for the first couple of hours while the remainder of the half day journey featured game play of the former shown much better in Baldur's Gate, The Grim Fandango, Xenogears, and Broken: Shadow of the Templars respectively.
