Hudson revealed at the Winter CES in 1992 that they had bought the license to develop an Inspector Gadget game for the Nintendo. There was no work in progress to be seen at the show, and the game never made it into production. There was firstly a rumour of legal issues about the license to ‘inspector gadget’ but it would appear it was simply because Hudson thought it would be a waste of time and money to make the game, since the e SNES was soon to be available worldwide.
