Shayde:MvH(previously known as Nefandus) became Shade:Wrath of angels
The company; Black Element.
As far as i can tell no publisher was found though on their forum someone asked about the xbox release and got…
“XBox version is in progress and we are working hard on it right now. I’m sure it won’t be out this year though.”
and
” there will be some improvements and new eye candy. Anyway don’t expect brand new game”
The final post of the thread states no one yet knows when the game will hit xbox…that was 2005.

Thanks Dude! It seems that Shade:Wrath of angels is a third person action game, while Shayde:MvH was a first person shooter.. i’m not sure what happened in there, but we should find more about this, i’m sure there’s an interesting story :)
