looks like the PC version was not cancelled, it was released in europe just like the PS2 version, but in the north america the two versions was cancelled.

Monokoma, there is V.I.P for PS2 but only in europe, and in other consoles, PSX, GBC and GBA.

This game is haunting me :-|

The game was based around a film ( with the same name ) that flopped badly at theaters.
The blonde girl in those shots is Pamela Anderson.
Pamela’s curse upon videogames seems enduring :-D
